Seneca Street Soccer Complex

Seneca Street Soccer Complex • 1999

Client:
Town of West Seneca

Scope:
Approximately 60 acres of farmland cleared, stripped, and regraded to provide a community facility with asphalt parking lots and pathways, picnic shelters, concessions building, and more than 20 soccer fields ranging from little league to adult regulation soccer and everything in between. Large storm sewer work was required due to the fact that it is located in a flood plain. A 1200 feet long 10 feet high berm was necessary to separate it from the housing community to the east. Substantial plantings were placed around the property to establish a more natural setting. This has been the premier soccer complex in the Southtowns since its completion.
